SUMMARY:Coordinating Dynamic Ensemble Calculations with libEnsemble
DESCRIPTION:Workshop\n\nCoordinating Dynamic Ensemble Calculations with li
bEnsemble\n\nHudson, Navarro, Larson, Wild\n\nlibEnsemble is a Python libr
ary to coordinate the concurrent evaluation of dynamic ensembles of calcul
ations. The library is developed to use massively parallel resources to ac
celerate the solution of design, decision, and inference problems and to e
xpand the class of problems that can benefit from increased concurrency le
vels. This talk gives an overview of the libEnsemble package, highlighting
the unique front-end, modular design, and the capability to run on a larg
e range of platforms from laptops to thousands of compute nodes on superco
mputers.\n\nTag: Online Only, Cloud and Distributed Computing, Scientific
Computing, Workflows\n\nRegistration Category: Workshop Reg Pass
