Biography
Ludger is a fourth-year PhD candidate at TU Munich with a MSc in Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London. His research interests lie at the intersection of scientific computing and machine learning with a focus on enabling uncertainty quantification and Bayesian analysis in large-scale fluid dynamics applications on HAWK at HLRS, and JUWELS-Booster at JSC. He is co-organizing the "Differentiable Programming" workshop at NeurIPS, and the "Differentiable & Machine Learning Infused Simulation in Fluid Dynamics" focus session at the upcomping APS March meeting.
