Biography
Andreas Dilger is Principal Architect at Whamcloud/DDN for the Lustre filesystem, which is widely used in HPC and AI/ML environments, and has been involved in its development from the beginning. He is also one of the maintainers of the Linux ext4 filesystem, and a contributing author of the PNG ISO/IEC standard and the libpng reference library. He has served on the program committees for a variety of HPC storage conferences and workshops. Since graduating from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Calgary in 1991, Andreas has worked at IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Intel.
