No Travel? No Problem.

Remote Participation

All SC21 hotels are located in downtown St. Louis, with thousands of rooms near America’s Center. The conference assists exhibitors who need blocks of 10+ rooms through a special early-request process. Companies holding signed agreements with SC21 will be invited to submit early sleeping room block requests; details will be emailed to the primary exhibitor contact. Sleeping room blocks are allocated according to each company’s accumulated “SC exhibitor priority points.” According to SC policy, for returning exhibitors, you will be limited to the number of rooms your group actualized per night over SC19, with a maximum 10% increase to account for growth. Deadlines and details will be provided to all exhibitors holding a signed agreement with SC21.

Exhibitors who need less than 10 rooms can use the regular housing reservation process, which opens on June 1, 2021.

SC21 has only one authorized contractor for arranging hotel rooms: onPeak. The conference is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of SC21. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please be sure to use the forms distributed by onPeak.
