RequirementsTS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance REQUIRED, exceptions may be considered US citizenship is required Key Responsibilities: Proven experience leading large installations in a datacenter Proven operational experience in a datacenter with management networks, storage arrays, cluster management, authentication, and authorization Lead and coordinate implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions Lead the day to day Data Center network feed and installation support for various teams and large installation initiatives Collect and research data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements Engage in technical problem solving Manage risk, conflicts, and process improvements Track issues, analyze data and report to leadership and stakeholders REQUIRED: US Citizen, TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience PMP certified Over 5 years project management experience Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Jira Superior customer service skills Strong organizational skills and superior planning skills. Detail oriented Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Flexible, proactive, ability to work with minimal direction in an open and fast-paced environment Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products Security+ or CISSP certified DESIRED: Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management and ITIL Experience working in customer environment
