DescriptionWe are looking for an innovative security analyst to protect company hardware, software, and networks from cybercriminals. You will be responsible for understanding company IT infrastructure in detail, monitoring the environment at all times, and evaluating threats that could potentially breach the network. You will be joining a team that encourages intellectual curiosity, creative discourse, collaborative autonomy and challenging yourself and the status quo. You will be collaborating with colleagues who are highly intelligent, curious and ambitious engineers, and who want to work with and learn from other high-caliber individuals.
Job Functions:
-Configuring Tools: virus software, password protectors, vulnerability management software
-Reporting: detail what is currently going on in the network and evaluate its strengths. Show what is well-protected and indicate if there is any unusual activity in the network
-Evaluate Weaknesses: continuously test all company networks and find weaknesses before bad actors or external threats can compromise them
-Incident Response: follow established incident response playbooks and identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
-Mitigate Threats: using approved methodologies when detected (using Incident Response procedure)
-Improve Security: contribute to projects that enhance the security posture of the enterprise
-Maintain Awareness: identify trends, potential new technologies, and emerging threats which may impact the business
-Recommend Tooling: evaluate what the company needs, research tooling to meet those needs, and recommend these tools to protect its information
-Continuous Improvement: continuously look for ways to enhance company network security and protect sensitive information

Requirements-Bachelors or Masters in CyberSecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
-2+ years of experience in security
-Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
