DescriptionWhether in-person or remote, few jobs can be done in complete isolation from other people. Knowing how to navigate and manage our workplace relationships can help improve job performance as well as job satisfaction. Being able to effectively collaborate with your colleagues is essential regardless of your job role or the sector you are working in. Networking and expanding your list of contacts will increase your opportunities for further career development. Finally, knowing how to navigate office politics and being able to cope with difficult situations will make your work life more manageable.

This panel will focus on various aspects of working and collaborating with colleagues – from navigating problematic workplace situations, to creating a strong network of contacts, to developing confidence and earning respect from colleagues. Everyone is welcome to participate and contribute to this conversation.
