David Gray

Biography
David Gray is an Associate Software Engineer at Red Hat on the OpenShift Performance and Latency Sensitive Application Platform team. His work is focused on improving the performance of OpenShift Container Platform and RHEL. He is actively engaged in optimizing the deployment of HPC and AI/ML workloads in hybrid-cloud environments through performance engineering and developing Kubernetes operators which enable hardware accelerators. He has given talks on running HPC workloads on OpenShift at the NVIDIA GTC, OpenShift Commons Gathering, and SuperComputing conferences. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Applications from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. He is interested in scientific computing, HPC, data science, and AI/ML.
