Bob Ciotti has worked at NASA for over 30 years on numerous large scale supercomputing systems and the supporting infrastructure that includes petascale filesystems, archives, and networks. Bob leads the team who has developed the architecture targets, installs systems and integrates them into existing environments, develops enhancements, and then lives with those decisions 24x7 for the next 8 or more years that a successful modern production supercomputer can deliver a positive ROI. These systems are NASA's investment into a private HPC Cloud to support and serve a diverse community that spans the entire Agencies science and engineering mission objectives in Aeronautics, Human Exploration, Science and Space Technology.
