Sanmukh Kuppannagari is a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Southern California under the advisement of Dr Viktor Prasanna. He received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in 2011 and received his PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2018. He works on a diverse set of research areas which include accelerating AI algorithms on heterogeneous platforms, developing accelerators for Homomorphic Encryption based Deep Neural Networks, and developing scheduling algorithms for smart grids. He is a CoPI in four U.S. National Science Foundation sponsored research projects.
