Sehyun Oh
Biography
Dr. Sehyun Oh is a postdoctoral researcher at City University of New York. She is a contributor and active member of the Bioconductor community and also works on the NHGRI AnVIL project to advance cloud computing capabilities for genomic research. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and postdoctoral training in data science and computational biology, her research interests and expertise are in cancer genomics, software tool and database development, and cloud computing.
