
Biography
Dr. Mu Gao is a Senior Research Scientist in the School of Biological Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a member of the Skolnick Research Group led by Jeffrey Skolnick, Mary and Maisie Gibson Chair in Computational Systems Biology. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research interests include protein structure and function prediction and design, machine learning, drug discovery, and many other applications of computational methods to biological sciences.
