Dr. Ravi Poddar is the Director of EDA and HPC Solutions at Pure Storage where he helps develop optimized and efficient solutions for EDA/semiconductor, HPC and AI customers, on-premises and in cloud. He has also held Director of Engineering positions at Integrated Device Technology and Transmeta, working in the areas of ASIC and custom design methodology and physical design, both in bulk CMOS and SOI. Ravi received his BSEE with highest honors, MSEE and Ph.D. degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has over 20 publications and presentations in the areas of parasitic extraction, circuit and device modeling, analog/mixed signal circuit design and machine learning/neural networks.
