Andy Chan is an innovative, customer focused, and award-winning member of the electronic design automation / semiconductor industry team within Microsoft. As Azure Global Solutions’ Director for Semiconductor/EDA/CAE, he leads the technical and business efforts for the “Azure for Silicon” initiative.
