Qiheng Cai
Biography
I am a postoc, graduated from Penn. State Univ. and currently working at University of Colorado Boulder. My research focuses on computational plasma physics. I have research experience about investigation of lightning initiation and Inertial Electrostatic Confinement(IEC). I am also interested in Computer Science, what I am investigating is to use OpenMP GPU offloading to optimize the GEM code, a gyrokinetic PIC code for tokamak plasma simulations.
