Presenter

Marion is a Research Software Engineer in the Advanced Research Computing unit at Durham University and the RSE Theme Leader of the N8 Centre of Excellence for Computationally Intensive Research (N8 CIR), as well as a trustee of the Society of Research Software Engineering. She has a degree in Media Informatics and a PhD in Scientific Computing. Previously she worked both in academia and in industry in computational physics (in various forms).
