Jan Hueckelheim
Biography
Jan Hückelheim received his Ph.D. from Queen Mary University of London in 2017. His thesis was on algorithmic differentiation for XeonPhi-accelerated fluid flow solvers. He has coauthored numerous papers that have appeared in journals and conference proceedings, including ACM Transaction on Mathematical Software and the International Conference on Parallel Processing, ICPP, and IPDPS. After his postdoc at Imperial College London, during which he hosted the 22nd European workshop on Automatic Differentiation (EuroAD), he is now a staff member at Argonne National Laboratory, working on compilers, software verification, and automatic differentiation.
