Catalina Alvarez
Biography
Catalina’s research focuses on understanding the Internet through the eyes of different applications, bringing closer technical knowledge and user experience. Her current work is on collecting measurements of network and application performance from users of popular applications, and exploring how these measurements could be used to improve real-time applications, such as online videogames and videoconferencing.
