Bill Burns is the Director of Software Engineering and Product Manager at Perforce Software for the TotalView HPC debugger. He’s passionate about helping developers quickly find and fix tough issues in their code so that they can create great applications. For more than 20 years, he has helped evolve TotalView’s interface and develop new HPC debugging features including memory debugging, mixed language Python and C/C++ debugging, and TotalView’s user interface. Bill is a CSM, CSPO, and Certified Scrum@Scale. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University.
