Dr. Yuri Torres received the B.S. degree in computer science and engineering from University of Valladolid, Spain, in 2009. He received the M.S. degree in information Communications in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science in 2014, both from the University of Valladolid, Spain. From 2014 to 2017, he was Associate Professor at Isabel I University, Burgos, Spain. He is currently Assistant Professor of computer science at the Universidad of Valladolid. His research interests include parallel and distributed computing, parallel programming models, and embedded computing.
