Volunteer, Learn, and Network as a Student Voluteer

Three past SC student volunteers, Jean Luca Bez, Tyler Allen, and Amal Gueroudji, share a glimpse of their past Students@SC volunteer experience. SC21 promises to provide selected students with valuable experiences and more than just “a foot in the door” to the HPC community.

Student volunteers will have the opportunity to build their professional network, have access to the full conference program, and SCinet student volunteers will help build the world’s fastest temporary network.

The SC21 Student Volunteers Chair, Alana Romanella, of Virginia Tech, has new programs up her sleeve that she is eager to implement. Past programs, such as the Mentor–Protégé Matching, Elevator Pitch, Job Fair, Lightning Talks, and the Scavenger Hunt will remain–with a twist–and of course the dedicated social events will build lasting memories and friendships.

If you have any questions feel free to contact Alana Romanella.

Don’t miss the deadline! Applications close June 28, 2021.
